GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between any natural or legal person, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer," wishing to make a purchase from The24events. The purchase of a good or service via this website implies the buyer's unconditional acceptance of these GTC. The24events reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions from time to time, which will be applicable as soon as they are published.

ARTICLE 2 – SPECIFICATIONS OF SERVICES AND PRODUCTS OFFERED
The24events offers a wide range of customizable stationery products, such as wedding invitations, thank you cards, invitations, menus, self-adhesive labels, and other personalized celebration products. Services include customization of text according to the templates provided, with a digital mock-up sent to the customer for approval within 48 to 72 hours. Tailor-made services are also available, covering all wedding materials. The colors of printed products may vary slightly due to technical factors and differences in screen settings.

ARTICLE 3 – ORDERING AND PROCESSING TIMES
Once the quote has been approved and the deposit paid, an initial draft will be sent to the customer within 48 to 72 hours. Free modifications are offered if necessary. For custom services, the creation time may vary from one to eight weeks depending on the complexity of the request. After approval of the final proof, production takes place within one week of final payment, with an average delivery time of 3 to 5 business days.

ARTICLE 4 – PRICES
Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery costs. VAT is not applicable in accordance with Article 293B of the French General Tax Code. The prices applied are those in force on the day of the order.

ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT
For certain products, full payment is required at the time of ordering. For others, a deposit is required, with the balance to be paid before production begins. Payment can be made via PayPal, Paylib, or bank transfer. The buyer will receive an initial invoice when placing the order indicating the deposit paid, then a second invoice before production begins, detailing the remaining balance due.

ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY
Shipping costs are determined based on the number of items, the shipping method, and the destination. The24events ships its packages to mainland France and internationally. Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and depend on the carriers. Any complaints must be addressed directly to the carriers.

ARTICLE 7 – CANCELLATION AND REFUND
In the event of cancellation of the order by the buyer after payment of the deposit, the deposit will not be refunded. For custom orders, compensation may be applied depending on the work already completed. The24events reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, with a full refund of the deposit.

ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
No right of withdrawal applies to personalized products, in accordance with current legislation.

ARTICLE 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of The24events website are the exclusive property of The24events. Any reproduction or use is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.

ARTICLE 10 – APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The customer unreservedly accepts these GTC for each order. Updates to the GTC are published on the website and apply as soon as they are posted online. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
